Sadhana," derived from Sanskrit, encapsulates the concept of practice. Swetha aims to guide a class designed to ignite inspiration within you to cultivate and engage in your personal sadhana. Her approach intertwines diverse holistic methods informed by Taoism, Ayurveda, and other traditions. Through this class, she will impart these varied practices, navigating through an intake session, movement, yoga postures, pranayama, meditation, and culminating in an integration phase.
